Ecōstik was born out of the combination of my 3 driving passions and my own need for a dock. Design, woodworking and technology (namely Apple products) all culminated together to create acoustic iPad & iPhone docks out of one single piece of wood.
The design aesthetics are simple and compliment those of Apples iPad & iPhone. Add to that the fact that these docks are made from salvaged wood. Meaning no tree was harvested or purchased from someone who harvests them for resale. I have the means of obtaining wood that has been removed from someones property due to damage or other similar factors.
