Wallhax Coat Hanger
Wallhax Coat Hanger
Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, designer Geof Ramsay created the Wallhax coat hanger in 2012. Named for the video game maneuver of walking through walls, the piece consists of a maple chair that appears partially sunken into the surface it’s mounted on. Its back provides a place to hang your coat, bag, hat, or umbrella, while the exposed corner of its seat can be used as a shelf. Hidden wall fasteners help Wallhax maintain its curious illusion
